A flat, clean surface is required—no gravel, dirt, steep hills, or steps without prior notice. Clear, easy access is essential for delivery and pack down. If access requires the use of stairs or a lift, an additional stair or lift fee will apply. This will be quoted based on access details provided. Outdoor hires must be on grass or artificial turf. You MUST have an indoor backup option for wet weather. Jumping castles must not be moved once installed.
