Our soft play packages are best suited for children aged 0–5 years. Older children may enjoy it too, but the equipment is specifically designed for toddlers and preschoolers..
How long is the hire period?
Standard hire is for up to 4–5 hours. Extended hire can be arranged — just ask when booking.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes, all packages include delivery, professional setup, and pack down. Delivery fees apply based on location.
How much space is needed?
Each package has different space requirements. We recommend a clear, flat area with enough room for mats, fencing, and safe play. We’ll guide you on this when booking.
Is the equipment safe and clean?
Absolutely! All items are regularly cleaned, sanitised, and safety-checked before each hire.
Can soft play be set up outdoors?
Yes, soft play can be set up outdoors on flat, grassed or hard surfaces. Shade and weather protection is required for all outdoor setups.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
We offer flexible weather policies. If outdoor setups aren’t possible due to rain or strong winds, we’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust the setup where possible.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $200 non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to your event.
Do you offer package deals?
